About accommodation tax [Important]

Starting in October 2018, Kyoto City will implement an accommodation tax ordinance to increase the city's appeal as an international cultural tourist city. Our facility will also begin collecting the accommodation tax. The accommodation tax will be 200 to 500 yen per person per night. *The amount of tax will vary depending on the reservation price.

About check-in

Check-in time at this facility is between 1:00pm and 7:00pm.
*Check-in time here refers to receiving the key, receiving instructions on how to use the room, and completing various procedures (filling out the registration form/copying your passport).

⚪︎The facility is generally cleaned between 11:00am and 4:00pm. You can relax in your room from 4:00pm onwards. *Please do not open your luggage in the room before cleaning.

Check-in outside of business hours

○Check-in before 11:00 am is not possible as a guest from the previous night is staying at the hotel.
If you arrive at the facility after 7pm due to a delay in transportation, etc., a late check-in fee of 1,100 yen will be charged (please pay in cash on site).

○ After a reservation is completed, even if the reservation is canceled due to reasons such as out-of-hours check-in being charged, the accommodation fee will be refunded only in accordance with the cancellation policy (or not refunded). Please check carefully when making a reservation and contact us once.

Check-out

Check-out time is 10am.

Long-term stays

For long-term stays, cleaning will be done only on the check-out day.
If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we will charge you an additional cleaning fee (13,500 yen). Even if you only want a linen change (additional charge), please be sure to contact us in advance.
